Jello Cookies




(sorry about the photo, couldn't find a red version)

3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg (3 oz) cherry jello
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix and bake in waffle iron

I was so going to ask someone to post this. Good job. I even bought a box of jello too (and I never ever buy jello)
